Lamentation (山河慟哭 Sanga Doukoku lit, "A state of sorrow") is Hideyasu 'Soki' Yuki's prized broadsword, a gift from his mother before she vanished. It is the first weapon you get in the game and it can never be sold. Gameplay-wise, it increases Soki's max HP, MP, and OP as it levels up.
