A special set of armor imported from overseas because of it's toughness.
The Metal Armor is an exclusive set of armor introduced in Genma Onimusha. It has a higher defense that the standard Normal Armor and Ninja Suit. Unlike the Ninja Suit, it does not prevent Gyarans from stealing souls.
Obtaining the armor
After unlocking the 3rd level of the Fire Orb, return to where Kaede was last. Go up the ladder and then unlock the 3rd level seal. After you enter the room, climb down the ladder there and you should see a magic mirror and two doors near it. Go through the one nearest to the magic mirror. Fight a demon, then go through the door on the right. Retrieve the gear item and go back to where you fought the demon.
Go through the door and you should be in a room with blowing fire jets. Pull the tab and run to the other side. Open a cupboard and put the gear in place in which a door opening up will appear. Enter the room and you should find a box containing the armor.
